1. Summary

This Privacy Policy describes how Path2Dream (KVK 97912565) (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes information when you use Authentic Tweet Generator AI (the “App”). The App runs inside ChatGPT and helps you turn insights from your conversation into a draft post for X (Twitter), optionally generate a single image, and (if you choose) create a preview link to attach to your post.

3. Relationship to ChatGPT (OpenAI)

The App runs inside ChatGPT. Your interactions with ChatGPT are governed by OpenAI’s policies. We do not control how OpenAI processes information within ChatGPT.

4. Information we process

We process the following categories of information to provide the App:

• Tweet draft inputs and outputs: the tweet text and image prompts used to prepare your draft and render the sharing widget.
• Tweet examples (optional): if you configure tweet-style examples, we process and store up to 5 examples (and optional image prompts) tied to your user identity.
• Imported tweet data (optional): if you import a tweet example from an X/Twitter URL, we process that URL and fetch the public tweet text and public media URLs. If you enable image prompt extraction, we download the tweet image and send it for AI processing to produce an image prompt.
• Generated image inputs/outputs (optional): if you generate an image, we process your selected image prompt and return an image URL.
• Technical and operational data: like most web services, we (and our hosting providers) may process technical metadata such as IP address, timestamps, user agent, and error logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App.

5. What we store (important)

We do not run an app-owned database of user accounts. However, the App does store certain data through third-party providers as described below.

• Tweet examples: stored per user in our Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database.
• Generated images: stored in Google Cloud Storage and made publicly accessible by URL.
• Preview pages (“attach as link”): if you choose to attach the generated image as a link, we create a preview HTML page stored in Google Cloud Storage and made publicly accessible by URL.

6. Public link warning (generated images and preview pages)

If you generate an image or create a preview link, the resulting image URL and/or preview page URL is publicly accessible to anyone who has the link. Treat these links as public. Do not include sensitive information in image prompts or other content that could end up in publicly accessible URLs.

7. How we use information

• To provide the App features you request (draft text, suggested prompts, image generation, preview link creation).
• To store and retrieve your tweet examples (if you choose to configure them).
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App.

8. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the App and provide the requested features:

• OpenAI / ChatGPT: the App runs inside ChatGPT. In addition, when you use tweet-image prompt extraction, we send the imported tweet image to OpenAI for AI processing. Website: openai.com. Privacy Policy: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
• Fireworks AI: when you generate an image, we send the selected image prompt to Fireworks to generate the image. Website: fireworks.ai. Privacy Policy: fireworks.ai/privacy-policy.
• ScaleKit: used for OAuth authentication. Website: scalekit.com. Privacy Policy: scalekit.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Neon: used to store your tweet examples in a hosted PostgreSQL database. Website: neon.tech. Privacy Policy: neon.tech/privacy-policy.
• Google Cloud Storage: used to store generated images and preview pages (public by URL). Website: cloud.google.com/storage. Privacy Notice: cloud.google.com/terms/cloud-privacy-notice.
• Fly.io: used to host the App infrastructure, which may process infrastructure logs and operational data. Website: fly.io. Privacy Policy: fly.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• X (Twitter): sharing uses X’s “intent” URL flow, and importing tweet examples may use X/Twitter endpoints to fetch public tweet data. Your use of X/Twitter is governed by their terms and policies. Website: x.com. Privacy Policy: x.com/privacy.

We may also disclose information if required by law or valid legal process, or if necessary to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud or abuse.

9. Retention

• Tweet examples: we do not automatically expire your saved tweet examples. We keep them until you delete them.
• Generated images, preview pages, and their links: when you generate an image and/or create a preview page (“attach as link”), we host the resulting files in Google Cloud Storage and the resulting URLs are publicly accessible to anyone who has the link. These files and links may persist for as long as we host them. The App does not currently provide an in-app deletion workflow for these public URLs. If you want us to remove a specific public image or preview page from our hosting, email us at developer@petprojectcofounder.ai with the link(s) you want removed.
• Logs: retained according to operational needs and our providers’ policies.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Your choices and rights

You can manage your tweet examples using the App’s tweet examples configuration tool. You can also email us at developer@petprojectcofounder.ai if you want us to delete your profile data (to the extent we control it) and the tweet examples you saved.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version. The effective date above indicates when it was last updated.
