1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Authentic Tweet Generator AI (the “App”), provided by Path2Dream (KVK 97912565) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App helps you draft post text for X (Twitter) based on your ChatGPT conversation and suggests image prompts. If you choose, you can generate a single image and attach it as a link by creating a preview page. The App does not post to X/Twitter on your behalf; it provides a share link that opens X/Twitter’s intent flow where you can review and submit your post.

3. No affiliation with X

Authentic Tweet Generator AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. “X” and “Twitter” are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are permitted to use ChatGPT under OpenAI’s terms and any applicable age requirements. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and X/Twitter rules.
• Review all generated content before publishing or relying on it.
• Not include sensitive secrets (for example, passwords or API keys) or confidential information in prompts or content, especially because generated images and preview pages may be publicly accessible by URL.
• Ensure you have the rights to use any content you provide and to publish any resulting post.

6. Public links (generated images and preview pages)

If you generate an image or create a preview link, the resulting image URL and/or preview page URL may be publicly accessible to anyone who has the link. You are responsible for deciding whether to generate and share such links.

7. AI limitations

The App uses AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying content and using your own judgment.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
• Generate or share spam, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Attempt to bypass security, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the App.
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the App or its underlying services.

9. Third-party services

The App operates inside ChatGPT and may interact with third-party services (including OpenAI, ScaleKit, Fireworks AI, Neon, Google Cloud Storage, Fly.io, and X/Twitter). These third-party services are provided under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions by third parties.

10. Intellectual property

The App and its software, design, and branding are owned by Path2Dream (KVK 97912565) or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App solely within ChatGPT for its intended purpose.

Hosting of public links: when you choose to generate an image and/or create an “attach as link” preview page, we host the resulting files and make them accessible via a public URL. If you want us to remove a specific public image or preview page from our hosting, email us at developer@petprojectcofounder.ai with the link(s) you want removed.

11. Your content

You retain rights to the content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to operate the App and provide outputs you request.

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Path2Dream (KVK 97912565) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
